Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is the second most common form of skin cancer. In cases, non-invasive SCC has a good prognosis and curable by surgical resection. Nevertheless, small percentage patients pose specific management problems due to technical difficulty maintaining function aesthetics because size or location tumor. An emerging therapeutic approach with high-dose brachytherapy using nonsealed Rhenium-188 resin, commercially known as Rhenium-SCT®, shown be highly effective in carcinoma, up thickness 2-3 mm.
